As an added value to our river guests, we offer the Riverhouse at a discounted rate. You'll be hard pressed to find a more affordable option in town. And if the Riverhouse is not available for one or both nights of your trip, not to worry. We have multiple other lodging options we've had guests use in the past.

FAQs
Can I book the Riverhouse if I'm not outfitting with Moenkopi?
The Riverhouse is one of the unique items that makes Moenkopi Riverworks stand out. We have invested in it in order to support our river trips, and try to hold it exclusively for our guests. That said, we do want to help the overall boating community. If you are interested in the Riverhouse, but are not renting through us, the house is available through VRBO.com. Booking that way does subject you to at least a 2 night minimum (consecutive nights), and there are additional fees associated with booking it as a vacation rental.
Is the cleaning fee per night?
No, there will be one cleaning fee per total stay. If you book multiple consecutive nights, there will only be one cleaning fee.
What if I have a small group?
For groups of 8 or fewer, we offer the house at a reduced nightly cost of $275, with a cleaning fee of $200.
